The Yonko Volume Profile tool allows the user to hone in on where the volume is occurring in relation to the price, giving traders insights into key price levels where significant market activity is taking place. This information helps traders identify areas of interest in the form of value areas, highs/lows, and point of control. The Yonko Volume Profile indicator can be utilized in the form of a drawing tool to analyze specific internal/external market price action or applied to the chart as an automatic profile indicator that draws itself based on Sessions, set # of Bars, a Composite, Weeks, or Months providing the user with various means of hands free market analysis.
Key Features:
Lifetime License for 1 Machine ID
Profile Period: Allows the input of sessions, bars, composite, weeks, or months for automated tracking; or manual input within any specified range.
Profile Type: Allows the profile to be viewed as a heat map, bid/ask map, outline, timecolor map, delta map, or the standard mountain view. The profile can also be generated via volume, tick, or price.
High-Volume Nodes (HVNs): Highlights price levels where the highest volume of trades occurred. These areas are often seen as support or resistance levels. High-volume nodes can act as value areas where the market has settled, indicating equilibrium.
Low-Volume Nodes (LVNs): highlights price levels with lower volume, indicating less interest from traders. These areas often act as potential breakout or breakdown zones because the market tends to move quickly through low-volume areas, as there is less market participation. They can also act as areas where aggressive price movement occurs; known as a liquidity void.
Point of Control (POC): This is the price level with the highest traded volume during the selected period. It is a key area that represents the price where most of the trading activity occurred, often acting as a strong support or resistance level.
Value Area (VA) (VAL/VAH): The Value Area represents the price range where a significant portion of the total volume (typically 70%) has been traded. It indicates the price range where the market found consensus or equilibrium. Prices outside of the value area may signify more volatile or imbalanced conditions.
